Надо поставить 3 Framework, и медиаменеджер 2.6, а не 2.2. Кроме того SQLдолжен быть доступен. Оно же при установке всё говорит, чего не хватает. Ну бывает, что черви мешеют работать. - лечить надо.

Пользуюсь KLiteCodecom и жму в HD 720 - (1280x720) . файлы *.m2t На плазме смортится очень эффектно, не то что на обычном телеке в ДВД.

Работаю давно в Вегасе, очень нравится.
