Changes for Nuke 6.1v3

- The Nuke 6.1v2 NDK changed some of the exports for Reader file types. This meant that any Reader plug-ins compiled against the NDK from 6.1v1 would not work in 6.1v2. This has been corrected for 6.1v3 so that plug-ins built against the 6.1v1 NDK will work in 6.1v3. You should note that this means that plug-ins built in 6.1v2 will not work in 6.1v3.

Bug Fixes

A crash occurred when clearing a customer script.

Pro-Res 422 HQ output gave a low quality result.

QuickTime: Clicking Advanced when a node didn't have an input produced unexpected behavior.

The default squeeze ratio of an exported FBX camera was 0.5 and not 1.

The playback rate was rounded incorrectly with Avid DNxHD movies.

QuickTime was crashing Nuke when using a Japanese locale.
