Я в адове не работаю, но пробуй каждую часть сохранять отдельно с хорошим качеством. После этого проверь нормлаьные они или нет. После склей в Virtual Dube их. Append Avi Segment

1. принудительно сохранял пресеты? 2. Случаем не закрыт ли тебе доступ на запись в папку профиля? 3. Сохраняй их на диск с например и пото подгружай.
